Rural or remote areas often still qualify for free shipping, however heavy or bulky items (such as large magnets and tool supplies) may incur additional courier charges.

We reserve the right not to ship to certain remote or hard-to-reach locations.
If this applies to your order, a full refund will be issued.
Because we use courier services, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or similar.
Please provide a fixed commercial or residential address at checkout.
Bulky or pallet-sized orders may require a forklift for unloading. Wherever possible, we’ll ship large orders in multiple cartons to make delivery easier. If any delivery issues arise, our team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution.
