To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Conditions of Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund, provided it is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Shipping fees apply for returns that are not the result of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered items.

We do not accept “change of mind” returns for custom orders or custom-cut products.

Please note: “Ghosting” on whiteboard products is normal and not considered a fault.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your return is approved, you’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
